Sample superlative cider in the spiritual home of the apple by visiting our artisan producers for tours, tastings and orchard strolls.
Craft Cider Week is a chance to experience our orchards at their finest, learn our cider secrets and sample last year’s vintages in the very places they were grown and pressed.

Join Elizabeth Pimblett, Director of the Museum of Cider, for a free, gentle walking tour through the city to uncover how cider put Hereford on the world map.
AppleFest Banquet
12 October 2024
Hosted in the magnificent surroundings of theTown Hall, celebrate the close of Hereford AppleFest with a pome-themed banquet. Each dish will be matched with regional ciders and perries, plus keynote speakers Tom Oliver and Jane Peyton.
Big Apple Harvestime
12 & 13 October 2024
Nine venues in and around Much Marcle open their doors for a two-day harvestime extravaganza. You'll taste, smell, touch, see and hear our apple heritage through farm visits, walks and talks, practical demos, tastings, orchard picnics and trailer rides.

Bike the Cider Circuits
Planning your next adventure? Get the bikes ready and visit Herefordshire's cider country on two wheels this autumn. With three circular routes linking cideries in the north, south and west of the county, you've got nearly 150 miles of peaceful backroads and stunning scenery to explore. We've made sure to include plenty of great pubs and coffee spots along the way too.

Pop along to Hereford's Museum of Cider to uncover a fascinating collection of national importance, set in the old Bulmer's factory. With champagne cider cellars dating back to 1889, and a vast collection of artefacts and oddities, there's so much to explore.
