People, Proposition, Landscape Showcase at The Weir Garden
The National Trust is creating a vibrant home for wildlife at The Weir, restoring acres of woodland, orchards, and wildflower meadows. This ongoing project will unfold over many years, with the goal of creating a dynamic and evolving landscape for all to enjoy.
This September a showcase event and a series of creative public workshops will take place at The Weir to help the National Trust design meaningful and accessible experiences as the landscape changes in the years to come.
People, Proposition, Landscape Showcase: 7 – 22 September 2024 Explore the gardens and discover a series of displays that highlight the activities that have taken place and showcase some of the creative work developed as part of this project. As you explore, we invite you to reflect on your own relationship with nature and consider what kind of experiences you’d like to have at The Weir Garden in the future.
Special Events on 14 Sept, 11am - 3pm: 🐾 Chris Poolman’s ‘Stick Hire Service’ for Dogs ✏️ Harriet Carter’s Drawing Session
