Cyanotype Workshops - Richards Castle
Overview
Alexa Summers Art Cyanotype Workshops. Come and learn the art of Cyanotype Blueprinting; a unique art form that combines science, photography and artistic creativity to produce striking pieces of artwork in a Prussian Blue hue. Alexa guides you through the principles and process of this 180 year old technique with a practical hands-on approach to help you create a set of unique botanical prints of your very own. No previous experience necessary. Courses are limited to a maximum of 7 people to ensure the best experience. Hosted by @foodfriendsflowers, the owners of @broomersbarn holiday accommodation, this experience takes place in their beautiful rustic workshop space and participants also get to sample their delicious home-cooked food. Available as a Whole Day Workshop 10 a.m. – 3.30 p.m. including lunch and a gift bag at £120 per person, or a Taster Workshop from 10 - 12.30 with coffee and cake at £60 per person. All materials provided.

Disabled Access:
Parking is available outside the workshop on a level gravel yard with a shallow lip at the workshop door. The workshop is all on one level. Access to toilet facilities is via a low step outside the house but help will be available to negotiate this.
