Affordable Garden Art - Canwood Gallery

Affordable Garden Art is part of an annual programme of showings at this unique venue.  22 artists from the local area are excited to be able to showcase their considerable talent in such a wonderful, natural setting.

The sculptures are imaginatively positioned and displayed so that visitors can experience an inspirational journey amongst thought-provoking artworks set in beautiful, rural Herefordshire landscape.

Artworks incorporate a wide range of media including: Blacksmithing, Ceramics, Glass, Metal Fabrication, Mixed Media, Mosaics, Resin, Stone and Wood. Prices range from £20 to £2000.

This is a wonderful opportunity to meet the artists and buy direct from them.

There are two planned demonstrations which are free of charge and do not require booking:

Sculpting in clay: Diane Ree will discuss demonstrate the art of sculpting in clay. Thursday, 12 September: 14:00 – 16.00

Stone carving: Glenn Morris and members of the Llangarron Stone Carvers will discuss and demonstrate different stone carving techniques Friday, 13 September:  11:00 – 16.00

A café is open daily serving drinks and cakes. Well behaved dogs are welcome. Please note:  The gallery is closed on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th September.
