Expect the unexpected! Wellington Home and Gardens is a truly unique garden centre, selling not just the usual gardening essentials, but also architectural salvage and quirky and unusual gifts.

You can easily lose an afternoon here, browsing through the wide range of home and garden items, from one-off vintage finds to garden furniture and even antique doors. Throughout the store, the emphasis is on an interesting shopping experience with great customer service.

For the keen gardener, they have everything from seeds to trees, and compost to tools. They also have a great selection of house plants; local food products for sale and a small range of clothing, hats and wellington boots. This family-run gem is home to ‘Outside-In’ a popular timber clad cafe with a stunning living wall. Reclaimed tables and chairs make this a great place to enjoy barista coffee and delicious home cooked cakes, scones and meals. In the warmer months, they also have a Pop-Up outside café where you can order outside and sit amongst the plants and garden antiques, either under the canopy in the aptly name Inside-Out café, or at picnic tables on the lawn. Vegetarian; vegan and gluten free options.

From mid October there is a wonderful selection of Christmas trees, decorations and gifts in their Christmas shop, and there are also events and talks throughout the year.

Located halfway between Hereford and Leominster on the A49, there is ample free parking.
