Hereford
Gino and Rachael welcome you to The Temple Bar Inn, Ewyas Harold. Independently owned and first licensed in the 1850s, the beautiful Virginia Creeper clad, stone building changes appearance throughout the year, from light to dark green leaves during spring and summer, to an autumnal fiery red and is a real focal point for the village.
Assured of a warm welcome from landlord and locals, a roaring wood burner in the winter, and a beautiful sun drenched rear courtyard in the summer, and with its 4 ensuite rooms, it's perfect for a relaxing staycation exploring the Golden Valley.
As well as local walks and the Ewyas Harold Common stretching to over 120 acres, we are also just 12 miles from both Hereford and Abergavenny and the start of the Black Mountains, and just over an hour away from Pen-Y-Fan and the Brecon Beacons.
