Herefordshire's 1st and only Indian Cookery School - Owned and run by Rayeesa Asghar-Sandys, award winning chef and entrepreneur. Rayeesa started her Indian Cookery Classes back in 2010 and has welcomed guests from all over the UK and Worldwide. A perfect way to brush up on your cooking skills while you take some time to explore the rich beauty and tranquillity of Herefordshire.

"I want to get as many people cooking and enjoying REAL Indian food in their homes, using great local ingredients, and some basic spices and a lot of love!" says Rayeesa.

Rayeesa runs her classes from her own kitchen which is nestled in glorious Herefordshire countryside. In fact, although you will be cooking for the day, you leave inspired and refreshed, by the day's activity, the warm welcome and the peaceful setting.

In 2015 she launched her award winning Frozen Curry Sauces which are available in quality independent shops around the UK and Nationwide via the website. You may well have seen the entrepreneur on BBC TV's Dragon Den!
