Nou Shin Kan

Nou Shin Kan translates as "Heart or Spirit, Farm and Place".

Aikido is a traditional Japanese martial art combining strikes, throws, locks, and weapons all of which have extended applications in real life.

Iaido is the art of drawing the sword.  The style we learn is an ancient school do the sword which was used exclusively by the samurai bodyguards of the Japanese Imperial family.
