The Hickory Stick is the Centrepiece of the Grove. This black and white converted threshing barn has been tastefully and sympathetically transformed into a spacious 75 seat restaurant. With superbly equipped kitchens and chefs to match we have a reputation for excellence and creativity to put us on a par with the best restaurants in our region.

When in season, the finest local produce from free range eggs to Herefordshire Beef are used in carefully prepared menus, offering a truly memorable dining experience using traditional and modern recipes. The fresh lamb, herbs and apple juices are supplied from the owners of the adjoining Home Farm to give the real taste and flavour of Herefordshire.

Caring For The Planet

We were BIGGA Environmental Award winners. All dirty water produced by the Grove is returned to our irrigation lake after passing through a treatment plant and then our reed bed pool. Solar panels are used to recharge our electric buggies F&B miles are reduced by use of local producers with lamb, apple juice and herbs supplied from the home farm.
