Recently restored 12C romantic Marcher Castle set in 2 acres of beautiful gardens on the bank of the River Wye.
The Castle has parking for 20 cars and the free Wilton Road car park is a five minute walk away. Tea, coffee and cakes are normally available for a small fee with plenty of seating. Car parking spaces at the Castle are available for disabled visitors. The walkways around the castle are either paved or well made and the area is flat, thus wheelchair access is not a problem. There are a few steps into the towers and the facilities include a disabled W/C.
