On our way to Lyme Regis

We live in south Cheshire and have just had a week’s holiday in Lyme Regis with family.

Instead of racing down the M6 and M5 we did a bit of a road trip and went down the A49.  We visited Hereford on the way. How we wished we’d done it years ago. What a beautiful city and the surrounding countryside is lovely with plenty to do and see.  We visited the National Trust property Berrington Hall and got chatting to some people who were staying for a week in Hereford.  The highlight of my visit to Hereford was hearing the choir practice in the Cathedral.  We’ll definitely be back.
