Description
Foxgloves Liqueurs is a part time family run enterprise situated in a pastoral village in the heart of Herefordshire. All our recipes have been finely created by using the ‘dissolve or melt’ method which can be traced back to the 13th century.
In addition mostly all the fruits and berries used by us in the making of our liqueurs are locally produced by either ourselves or supplied by residents of our neighbouring villages. This results in mostly an innate approach being adopted by ourselves. As a consequence of this all the local fruits and berries used are pure and in their true natural state due to being handpicked, before, blended and infused with a reasonable amount of commercial sugar and a spirit base.
Furthermore, we offer a variety of liqueurs which are made on a seasonal basis, as they are only produced in small batches the highest level of hygiene can be guaranteed from harvest to bottling.
All of our liqueurs produced will satisfy a variety of taste buds and can be consumed on many occasions such as Dinner Parties or simply as a Night Cap each evening……..The choice is yours.
