The Crown Inn
Woolhope, Hereford HR1 4QPDescription
A real country pub with simple fresh food and cared-for draught ales, ciders and perries. Comfortable bar, restaurant serving fresh local food. Front garden with stunning views and large back garden – Children welcome.
The bar has a woodburner and comfortable seating. There is a further fireplace and seating for 40 in the restaurant. The fron garden enjoys stunning views of the Woolhope Dome and the large back garden has space for children to play and is served by a garden bar open on Saturday nights – weather permitting. The pub is powered at lunchtime by a bio-diesel generator.
All our food is prepared on the premises and where possible we will always try to tweak a dish if there is something you would like done differently. We work with local farms and producers to get the very best that this special part of Herefordshire has to offer. The menu reflects the changing seasons, including some honest pub classics as well as some Scrumpy House favourites.
