Description
A warm welcome awaits you at Hidelow House, where you will find holiday accommodation which has achieved numerous awards. Centrally but rurally located, we are only 2 hrs from London and Manchester and 20 mins from the motorway.
Hidelow is a small Country House standing in 5½ acres of organic grazing pasture and landscaped gardens, in a secluded spot about 300 yards from the road. Formerly a farm owned by a mediaeval Hospice Trust, Hidelow even has a mention in the Domesday Book!
The rooms and grounds all have stunning views across the Herefordshire countryside. Bed and Breakfast in the main house is to the highest of standards; we even have the Tourist Board’s coveted Breakfast Award which signifies we ‘have gone the extra mile to ensure the breakfast will exceed expectations’.
Now fully refurbished and modernised, all the bedrooms are ensuite with digital TV, WiFi, hairdryer and welcome tray; we have a residents’ lounge with log-burning stove for cooler days, a boudoir grand piano which all pianists are welcome to play and sliding patio doors to a first-floor south-facing terrace looking across the best countryside you can imagine. Whenever you wish, you can sit there with a drink and simply absorb the quiet calm of our wonderful countryside.
We have a licensed shop on-site and offer a personal transport service if you prefer not to drive to the pub for a meal.

Directions
Leave the M5 at junction 7. Initially, follow A44 and signs for the City centre. After 1/4 mile you will come to a roundabout at the start of the Worcester ring road. Turn left at this roundabout (A440) towards Malvern, Worcester, Hereford and Leominster. Go across 2 small and 2 large roundabouts (still A440) and at the 5th and final roundabout (approx. 3 miles) turn left towards Hereford (A4103). Continue for about 8 miles and you will come to a steep hill going up with a crawler/overtaking lane. As soon as possible, pull into the overtaking lane and at the tope of the hill, turn right onto the B4220 (direction Bromyard). After 2 miles, you will see our signboard on your left. Turn left by the sign and go down the drive to the main house and cottages. (If you get to Acton Green crossroads on the B4220, you will have overshot by 1/4 mile). Go down the drive to the main house and cottages. Please park on the right and check in at Reception in the building to your right. (If we are not there, please enquire at the main house, front door) We will then show you where to park for the duration of your holiday.
