Description
The studio flat is a purpose-built unit set in the 2-acre grounds of Arrow Grange, a fine half-timbered traditional building dating back to the late 17th century. The flat has magnificent panoramic views from its lounge French window, looking out over lawns and water meadows down to the river Arrow and Kington town, and across to the National Trust land at Bradnor Hill, the Offa’s Dyke footpath and the renowned Hergest Croft. The view from the bedroom is south over unspoilt farmland to Kingswood. The flat is at the very edge of Kington, within easy walking distance of all the facilities of this thriving market town, but offers quiet and secluded accommodation off a private road.
