We are very happy to offer dinner during your stay. We offer a 2 course dinner with tea or coffee from £14.50 and a 3 course dinner from £17.50. Ours is a small establishment and we take pride in the quality of the food we serve and the positive comments we receive from our guests. All items on the menu are home made using fresh and local produce (wherever possible). For this reason we would ask you to give us as much notice as possible if you would like us to prepare dinner for you.
Some examples of dishes that have appeared on recent menus are as follows:-

Directions
From Hereford... take the A465 in the direction of Abergavenny. There is a right turn sign posted Hay on Wye and Clehonger which you IGNORE. Continue on for about 4 miles into Allensmore, turning right onto the B4348 towards Kingstone, Peterchurch and Hay on Wye (Lock’s Garage and Service Station is on the corner). Continue on the B4348 until you enter Vowchurch and take the 2nd left turn which is signposted Vowchurch and Michaelchurch Escley and is further marked by a sign warning ‘Hidden Dip’. This road winds up the hill and it is exactly 3 miles from this point to Marises Barn. Once you have entered the hamlet of St Margaret’s look out for the second left turn. Ignore the first left towards the church and Gilvach Farm, and take the second left with a red brick chapel on the corner surrounded by a pinkish orange fence. Marises Barn is the fifth property on the left down this lane. Pull into the gravel parking area at the front of the garden. From Ross on Wye... take the A49 towards Hereford, and just past Harewood End turn left onto the B4348. Continue to the crossroads with the A466 at Wormelow and turn right followed by an immediate left (still on the B4348). Continue to the next crossroads and again turn right followed by an immediate left (Lock’s Garage and Service Station is on the corner). Follow directions from Lock’s as above. From Abergavenny... take the A465 towards Hereford until you reach the left turn onto the B4348 at Lock’s Garage – then follow directions as above. From Hay on Wye... take the B4348 towards Peterchurch. At the junction with the B4352 to Bredenbury, make sure to take the right turn again signposted Peterchurch and continue on the B4348. After Peterchurch the road continues straight on to Vowchurch and you turn right at the ‘hidden dip’ warning sign towards Michaelchurch Escley. From here follow the instructions as show above for ‘from Hereford’.
